There is an amazing variety of collectables to be found amongst the stalls at the NEC Toy Collectors Fair.
Visitors to the show can expect to find tables full of diecast models by Corgi, Dinky, Spot On, Tekno, Lledo, EFE, Sunstar, Norev and Miniichamps. Model railways in 0, 00 and N gauges by Hornby, Bachmann, ACE, Bassett-Lowke, Lima, Trix, Tri-ang, Mainline, Jouef and Fleischmann. The NEC is the perfect venue for Britain’s largest toy fair as it has huge car parks, excellent motorway connections and copes with large numbers of visitors to it’s various events year after year. The Reebok Stadium Toy Fair is a great place to buy or sell toys, trains and models.
There are 300 tables of toys, and collectables at each event, with top dealers travelling from all over the UK to take stalls at the show.
Dalesman Diecasts from Leeds bring a huge range of diecast model cars, lorries and buses by Corgi, Tekno, Minichamps, EFE, Lledo and Sunstar to each Reebok Stadium Toy Fair.
Penketh Model Railway Centre fill their stalls at the Reebok with a huge range of new and second-hand 00 gauge model railways by Hornby, Lima and Bachmann and are always keen to take your old trains in as part exchange.
Diecast models are always popular at any toy show and at this fair there is always a huge number of models on display. DMB Models always have stalls full of all kinds of plant and machinery models. Collectors Toyshop of Halifax, IC Toys, DMB Models and Andrew Clark Models are just some of the traders selling diecast models at the Reebok Stadium.
Simon Goodyear of Train Time from Huddersfield has been selling 0 and 00 gauge vintage toy trains for over 30 years and is a regular trader at the Reebok. Hornby, Bassett-Lowke, Leeds Model Centre, Marklin and Bing are just some of the makes of early tinplate trains that Simon deals in.
There stalls with Dolls and Teddy Bears at each fair. These can be rare vintage items or the latest Steiff limited edition collectable bears.
Tiger Hobbies specialise in military models and always have a stall piled high with tanks and aeroplanes, both static and radio controlled.
There are hundreds of other collectables for sale at the Reebok Stadium, including new and second hand model railways in N, OO and O gauges, Scalextric, Disneyana, books, videos, Dragon Dolls, board games, Lego, Sci-Fi and TV related toys and models, collectors cabinets, trading cards, model tractors, tinplate toys and lead figures.
The Reebok Stadium is the home of Bolton Wanderers Football Club. The Premier Suite within the stadium is an ideal venue for a large collectors fair. Access from the motorway network could not be easier, the stadium is just 500 yards from the M61. Unloading is flat and parking is free.
The Premier Suite also offers a luxury on site hotel, De Vere Whites, as well as hot and cold refreshments. There is a cash machine conveniently located right outside the entrance doors to the fair.
The Middlebrook Retail Park, a very large shopping and leisure facility with many shops, a cinema and restaurants etc. is situated right next to the stadium.

A very enjoyable evening Toy Fair.
80 Stalls of Collectable Toys, Trains and Models. The long established Rugby evening toy fair is a great place to pick up collectable toys and models amongst a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Several of the dealers at the show have been attending the Rugby toy fair for many years.
Tony Evans is one such regular at Rugby. Tony sells diecast model cars, lorries, buses and aeroplanes in a wide variety of scales. Corgi, Lledo, EFE, Ertyl and Solido are just some of the makes Tony stocks and a wide range of collectables can always be found on his table.
Keith Hadley of Keith’s Trains is another regular trader at Rugby. Specialising in new and second hand 00 gauge model railways by Hornby, Lima, Bachmann, Heljan and Ratio.
There are many stalls selling model railways at Rugby. Collectors can pick up new and second hand locomotives, rolling stock and accessories. Model railway dealers at the fair include Model World and Tim’s Trains.
Besides model railways, there is always a large selection of diecast models at the fair from manufacturers such as Dinky, Corgi, Tekno, Norev and Spot On.
Lead soldiers, games, jigsaws, action figures, slot cars, farm toys, sci-fi, film and TV related toys and Meccano often feature in an evening fair that usually proves to be a very enjoyable night out.
As well as for the evening swapmeet, many collectors will know the Benn Hall for the Vectis Auctions toy and train auctions held there, as well as for the Rugby Vintage Toy and Train Fair.
There are refreshments and a licensed bar open throughout the evening.
Unloading for traders is very straightforward, with doors at the front and rear of the building.
Rugby Railway Station is on the main line from from London Euston and is only a short walk from The Benn Hall.
Parking is FREE for all visitors after 7pm.
