We will be opening the Museum on the evenings of Friday 16 and Saturday 17 May from 9.00pm – 11.00pm for booked visitors only. We will be providing guided walks through the Museum site, stopping to visit some of our houses and discover how the people who dwelt there in the past would have lived during the hours of dusk and darkness. How did they light the dark? What did they do in the evenings? What did the darkness mean to them?
The evening will end with hot drinks and biscuits in our Buildings Craft Gallery.
If you would like to join in this exciting event, tickets cost £15 each and can be bought by contacting the Adult Education Team on 01243 811931 or 01243 811021, plus you can email: email@example.com
